Hello there!

My name is Leon Körsgen. I am an artist and an aspiring Game Designer/Developer from Germany.

I always loved illustrating my own Worlds, filling them with unique characters, and imagining stories around them.

After I had finished my College degree in 3D Game Art in 2024, I craved more knowledge about the inner workings of video games. I wanted to be part of every single aspect of the creation of a game. Therefore, I continued my studies at Digital Arts and Entertainment and learned to program.

It is my ambition to one day look at a game with pride, because I helped to create it.

  • I studied at the Gymnasium Herkenrath and finished my secondary school degree in 2019 with a major in art and maths.

  • After school, I successfully passed the entrance exam for the Bachelor Program in Conservation and Restoration of Art and Cultural Property at the TH-Cologne, I started working at the Art Restoration workshop of Katrin Etringer, where I cleaned, restored and recovered beautiful Paintings, Frames & Statues.

  • For two years I studied art & physics in order to become a teacher at the University of Cologne. Until I found my calling not in the teaching of art, but it’s creation.

  • At the B.i.B - International College I learned about 3D modelling, media/graphic-design, audio/video production as well as economics and communication, in order to receive the title of state certified - design assistant.

  • Currently I am studying at Digital Arts and Entertainment in Kortrijk Belgium. For the sake of expanding my knowledge and skills in 3D modeling, as well as learning to code and develop my own video games, I have chosen to follow the Independent Game Production - program.

  • In the future, I hope to work in your company and help create video games, that I can enjoy with friends and family with pride.
